By using CineFaith, presented by GIR Productions™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What CineFaith does
CineFaith generates cinematic prompts and scene stills based on the book details and reference images you provide. Final video rendering is performed on third-party platforms such as Higgsfield, and you are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms and any costs incurred.
3. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of your book content, reference images, and any outputs you download. You must have the right to use any text, images, or likenesses you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
4. AI-generated content disclosure
All visuals and prompts produced with the help of AI are synthetic media. You agree to disclose their AI-generated nature wherever required by law or platform policy.
5. Limitation of liability
GIR Productions is not responsible for content generated by third-party AI models, usage credits charged by external platforms, or decisions you make about how to publish or distribute your trailer.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CineFaith after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
